Exchange/Refund Policy

ELEV8 Sport Exchange Policy

At ELEV8 Sport, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that occasionally an exchange may be necessary. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free process, we have established the following exchange policy:

  1. Eligibility:
  • Returns/Exchanges can be requested within 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  1. Exchange Process:
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@elev8-sport.com within the eligible timeframe.
  • Provide your order number, details of the item, and your preferred exchange item (including size, color, etc.), if applicable.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide exchange authorization if applicable.
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
  • If the desired exchange item is unavailable, we will offer a store credit.
  1. Shipping Costs:
  • For exchanges due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For exchanges due to customer preference (e.g., incorrect size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • For exchanges, ELEV8 Sport will cover the shipping cost for the new item.
  1. Exceptions:
  • For damaged or defective items, please contact our customer service team immediately upon receipt, and we will promptly address the issue.
  • We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
