Return & Exchange Policy
At ELEV8 Sport®, your satisfaction is our priority. While we strive for every purchase to exceed expectations, we understand that a return or exchange may occasionally be needed. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free process, please review our exchange policy below.
Eligibility
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- All approved returns & exchanges are eligible for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card.
- Gift cards are valid for one full calendar year from the date of issuance.
How to Start an Exchange
- Email our customer service team at info@elev8-sport.com within the 7-day exchange window.
- Include your order number, reason for exchange, and your preferred replacement item (size, color, etc.).
- Our team will review your request and provide exchange authorization and instructions if approved.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, your replacement item will be shipped.
- If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Shipping Costs
- If the exchange is due to an error on our end (incorrect item or defect), ELEV8 Sport® will cover return shipping.
- For exchanges due to customer preference (incorrect size, color, change of mind, etc.), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- ELEV8 Sport® covers the shipping cost of the replacement item for all approved exchanges.
Exceptions
- For damaged or defective items, please contact us at info@elev8-sport.com within 48 hours of delivery and include proof of damage (photo or video).
- We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if items do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.
